Returns

Safety Kit: 

We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase (excluding shipping cost). Products can be returned for product replacement or a refund to original payment method. 

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. To initiate return, please contact khodge@safetykay.com within 30 days of product purchase. 

Hygiene Kit: 

Due to the cross contamination factors, unfortunately we cannot accept returns.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. Only the exact same item can be exchanged. 

Non-returnable items:

• Disposable face mask

• Disposable nitrile gloves

• Disposable Hand Sanitizer

Damaged Items We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at khodge@safetykay.com

 Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for receiving your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary.

Order processing can take 1-3 business days.

Standard Shipping is 3-7 business days.
